Furthermore, she has the projectlead for various national projects for example the Forum Solar PLUS in Berlin, the AIE Summit and the Hydrogen Dialogue Forum.  Formally, she served as Marketing Assistant at ISCAR Germany GmbH an Israeli firm for precision tools running PR campaigns, exhibition appearances and market research. She hold a diploma in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau and is fluent in German, English, Russian and French. With basic knowledge in Hebrew and Spanish.

Carlos León Worner is a renewable energy leader with over 13 years of international experience across APAC and the Middle East, specializing in solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS). He currently serves as Renewable Energy Manager at Enertis Applus+, where he leads regional strategy, technical advisory, and quality services for utility-scale projects.Carlos has extensive hands-on experience in PV and BESS manufacturing, QA/QC, factory audits, supply chain oversight, and project execution, having supported developers, IPPs, EPCs, OEMs, and financial institutions worldwide. Between 2020 and 2025, he has been directly involved in 500+ global audits and manufacturing assessments, providing deep insight into quality risks, reliability challenges, and best practices across advanced technologies such as TOPCon, HJT, BC cells, and large-scale energy storage.Having lived and worked in China, Singapore, and now UAE, Carlos brings a unique perspective on global manufacturing trends, technology evolution, and asset reliability. His work focuses on improving long-term performance, bankability, and risk mitigation for renewable energy assets in rapidly growing markets.

For over two decades, Philip Rojan has advanced market development, key account management and regional sales strategies across Europe and emerging global solar markets. Dedicated to driving the renewable energy transition, he brings extensive international experience in the large-scale solar power sector. Today, he helps strengthen industry partnerships and supports the safe, efficient growth of PV infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a background in economics, Philip has served in multiple leadership and business development roles for major PV manufacturers, offering expert insights on PV technology, connector safety and market development strategies.
