Intersolar and ees Middle East conclude successfully in Dubai, showcasing regional momentum toward a clean energy future

Dubai, UAE – April 24, 2025 – Intersolar and ees Middle East 2025 concluded on a high note at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marking another milestone in the region's transition to renewable energy and energy storage solutions. Over three action-packed days, the event brought together leading innovators, policymakers, investors, and thought leaders from across the solar, energy storage, and smart energy industries.

Hosted under the umbrella of Middle East Energy, Intersolar and ees Middle East provided a vital platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and showcasing the latest technologies driving the Middle East's energy transformation. Organisers of the 49th edition of Middle East Energy have revealed record numbers following this month’s three-day run at Dubai World Trade Centre, establishing the 2025 event as the annual trade show’s most expansive and impactful edition yet.

Surpassing the previous attendance record of 23,754, this year’s event – held under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure– attracted 36,438 energy industry professionals from around the world, with more than 500 key buyers among them. Clocking more than 70,000 individual visits across the three days, attendees came from some 158 countries, reinforcing the show as a cornerstone of innovation and collaboration in the energy industry. Boasting the largest footprint in the show’s history with 16 bustling halls and 18 international pavilions, this year’s edition brought together more than 1,600 exhibitors from 90-plus countries. Exhibitors showcased products and services from across the full energy value chain: Power generation and storage to renewables and smart grid technologies. The exhibition space and the number of exhibiting companies of Intersolar and ees Middle East 2025 have increased significantly compared to the last event in 2023, quadrupling to more than 70 international companies presenting their innovative products in Hall 6 and the Pavilion Hall at Dubai‘s World Trade Centre.

The Intersolar and ees Middle East Conference 2025 brought together key stakeholders from across the solar and energy storage sectors to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the region's energy future. Over three dynamic days of expert-led sessions, the conference featured: Insightful keynotes from regional and international energy leaders, in-depth panels covering topics such as utility-scale solar deployment, grid integration, hybrid systems, and the role of storage in enabling 24/7 renewable energy, green hydrogen as well as case studies and project spotlights from pioneering solar and storage developments across the MENA region.

The conference underscored the region’s rapid progress in clean energy adoption and highlighted the critical role of innovation and cross-sector collaboration in achieving long-term sustainability goals.
