Prior to her current role, Fariza built more than a decade of international experience across the UAE, Qatar and the United States, working across business development, investment and cross-border commercial strategy.  

Sheikh Muhammad Noman brings over 20 years of profound expertise as an Investment Professional. He specializes in investment securities, risk calculations, financial engineering, and structuring business models with minimal risk. As a Founder and Business Development Partner, he oversees diversified investment and business portfolios for leading family offices throughout the GCC region, with a focus on sectors such as green energy, digital assets, and finance. His deep understanding of financial markets has been instrumental in crafting strategic investment solutions that significantly enhance portfolio performance.

Sara Sarhan is a Senior Analyst in the Supply Chain team, covering service companies in the Middle East and North Africa, with a focus on EPC activity in the region. Prior to joining Rystad, she worked in Strategy and M&A at a leading EPC company based in the Middle East, supporting country and capability expansion strategies as well as major transformation initiatives across O&G and Offshore Wind. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.

Abdallah Alshamali is the Policy and Projects Director at the Global Solar Council, bringing 10 years of experience in the solar industry. Throughout his career, Abdallah has been dedicated to advancing solar energy solutions and advocating for policies that support the global energy transition and climate action. His expertise spans solar project development, policy advocacy, and fostering international collaborations to ensure a resilient, low-cost solar energy future. Abdallah plays a crucial role in driving the Council's initiatives to unite the solar industry and promote sustainable energy practices worldwide. 

Ms Marina began her professional career in the field of Greenhouse Emissions Reduction and Environmental Sustainability, working on initiatives focused on waste management, carbon footprint reduction, and climate impact mitigation. During this period, she participated in UNC Programs, contributing to sustainability-driven projects.2019 - Present | Renewable Energy SectorSince 2019, Ms Marina has been fully dedicated to the Renewable Energy Sector, with a strong focus on solar energy technologies, project development, and sustainable energy ecosystems.2022 - Present | United Arab EmiratesCurrently based in the United Arab Emirates, Ms Marina is actively engaged in advancing renewable energy projects, solar technology development, and women-led initiatives.
