Alvaro Gonzalez is Managing Partner of Vision Grid Energy Group, an engineering and advisory group headquartered in Seville and Dubai, with operational teams in Egypt, Pakistan and China. The group works across renewables, green hydrogen, e-methane, battery storage and grid infrastructure on two fronts: technical advisory and Owner's Engineer services for developers, utilities and IPPs - with more than 30 GW of solar PV and battery storage supported worldwide, over 12 GW of it in the Middle East - and the development of its own green hydrogen and e-methane assets. Vision Grid Energy was named Technical Consultant of the Year at the MESIA Solar Awards 2025.
